Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders placed before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number. Please allow for a few additional days for orders to be shipped and delivered when we have a sale or there is a Queensland Public Holiday.

Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup on the Gold Coast. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local pickup hours are 8:30AM - 2:30PM Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Please note: Local pickup may be temporarily unavailable while COVID lockdown restrictions are in place.
New Zealand
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
New Zealand orders under $150 will incur a $12.95 flat rate shipping fee. Alternatively you can choose Express Shipping for $35.
New Zealand orders over $150 is shipped via FREE EXPRESS POST.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available with the courier.
Domestic Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days (95% of our orders arrive within 3-5 business days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier provider as stated in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 21 days (95% of orders are received within 5-15 days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact your courier first.
