Can I add to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed we are unable to add additional items. If you reach out to us via email right away during business hours, we may be able to cancel the current order so that you can place a new one. We will need your order number and email address.

Where is my Order Confirmation?

Please allow a couple of minutes for the email to arrive. Also, sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please email our friendly Customer Care Team.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains a link to track your order with a tracking number. Please contact us if you are having difficulties with tracking.

How much is domestic shipping within Australia?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australian orders under $35 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

Australian orders over $35 give you the option to either choose FREE SHIPPING or a FREE GIFT. The choice is yours!

How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

Australian Orders

We aim to ship orders placed before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Please allow for a few additional days for orders to be shipped and delivered when we have a sale or there is a Queensland Public Holiday.

Orders shipped with Standard Australia Post

Metro: 2-5 business days from order to delivery

Regional: 3-10 business days from order to delivery.

Orders shipped with Australian Express Post

Metro: 1-3 business days from order to delivery

Regional: 3-5 business days from order to delivery

International Orders

All International Orders will be shipped with Australia Post International Express Shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available with the courier.

Domestic Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days (95% of our orders arrive within 3-5 business days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier provider as stated in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 21 days (95% of orders are received within 5-15 days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact your courier first.

If you still need assistance after contacting the courier, please let us know and we will assist to the best of our abilities.

When will I get my Pre-Order?

If you order both available & pre-order items, we will send you the entire order when the final item arrives.

If you wish to receive the available items first, please place 2 separate orders.

For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide and the items are often shipped before this date.

Can I pick my order up / click & collect?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup on the Gold Coast. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how and where to collect it.

Our local pickup hours are 8:30AM - 2:30PM Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Please note: Local pickup may be temporarily unavailable while COVID lockdown restrictions are in place.

What's your returns policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your beauty-full Skin O2 purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return the item must be deemed faulty by Skino2 and not be damaged by the user, out of date or for goods sent to the wrong address due to change of address after your purchase. You will need the receipt or proof of direct purchase from Skino2 website which can be found in your email. If you purchased goods in- store or from another website please contact that supplier directly. To start a return, please fill out the form found here.
